I SO needed to read this tonight. THANK YOU! I had an emotional, not so great day, and this helped me. 💗 So spot on.
Thank you for reading Courtney!
These are great lessons. At 32 I can say that I agree with many of them especially letting people go and learning to put yourself first. Trust me when I say it only gets better from here. Your thirties are awesome!

Thank you Leslie! I can’t wait to see what’s in stores for me in my thirties!
This is a great list filled with wisdom. Thank you for sharing. A lot of shifts happen in your 30’s and you seem ready to take it on! But first I hope you have an amazing 29th year!
Thank you Tiffany! I’m excited about year 29!
I love the one on everything is not for you. That’s so true and something that I’ve had to learn over time. Thankfully, I had the grace to let things go but now that I’ve found my passion, it’s so invigorating!
A lot of people hold on to things longer than they should. People are so afraid of failing that they hold on to things even when they’re not working. The sooner you move on from what’s no longer working, the better prepared you’ll be for what’s to come.
I love the wisdom you’ve gained over the years and I will loudly agree on Number 9… “You’re not an island, you’ll always need people” God created us to live with people, though we may never see eye to eye but needless to say, we need people. It didn’t take me long to understand that I will always need the company of others.
I always look forward to read your blog post
Thank you Sophie! For always supporting and reading. People take pride in saying that they don’t need anyone but I find that that’s a lie. We all need people. God creates Eve for Adam because he knew that human contact and relationship was essential. Thanks again 😊
